Session Types

To evaluate your needs, establish an awareness of the deep torso muscles and create a foundation in the technique, we recommend a one-on-one introductory session followed by a minimum of five privates. This allows us to build a program especially for you. Continue the introductory session with any of our session types.

Privates: One-on-one personal training

Semi-privates: Workout with a friend or we can match you up with a similar level client

Group sessions: Join us in regularly scheduled classes of 4-5 people led by an instructor. Previous Pilates experience or a minimum of 5 private sessions are required prior to joining a group class.

-Pilates Mix - This class incorporates the use of V2Max Reformer, Cadillac, Chairs and Barrels.  Open to All!

- Elemental Fit-X Pilates Fusion – A challenging mix of Pilates and Personal Training using a variety of equipment.  Open to All!

- Zumba Classes – A Latin- inspired dance- fitness program that allows you to exercise while enjoying a dance party at the same time. Open to All!

- Total Challenge Pilates Mix-  This invigorating class incorporates the full use of the Elements in Motion studio, using every piece of Pilates equipment and a variety of Personal Training techniques with the occasional boxing routine!  Open to All!
